Song Video : Guns N Roses - Sweet Child O' Mine
In the process of making of this song, actually played a riff Slash Sweet Child Omine only as a joke in the practice session. Drummer Steven Adler moment and Slash were warming up and Slash began to play a "circus" melody, meanwhile Axl was upstairs in her room heard the 'jam session' going on downstairs while writing lyrics. He was inspired by his girlfriend Erin Everly.
Then Steven Adler added drum part, and harmony become the core of the song. at first, there was a third verse to the song. However, later cut from recording the band's producer, Mike clink, because he felt the song would be too long.
They agreed, but they were still confused and not sure what to do next. Clink suggested that he sing the lyrics that just d him that, and "Sweet Child O 'Mine" was born.
In an interview with Hit Parader magazine in 1988, bassist Duff McKagan said:
'song' Sweet Child o mine, "was born just five minutes. This is one of the simplest songs, and only has three chords. You know that guitar lick Slash was there at the beginning? and I think it was like a joke because we thought, 'What song is this going to be known songs, because Slash was just messing around when he first played lick it "
